Amazingly informative and engaging, paced really well and very adaptable for the level of knowledge in the session as well. It was well structured and the best environment was created for an online course, with plenty of breaks, interactive activities and discussion time in small groups. Hannah is incredible at delivering the Mental Health First Aid course. Even though it ran for eight hours on Zoom, it genuinely flew by. The mix of presentation, collaborative tasks, and group discussions kept it engaging throughout and really helped the information stick. Would highly recommend.Posted on High OakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great training from the preparation to the delivery and evaluation. We have used Soundcastle multiple times to deliver our Mental Health First Aid training, and they're always such great and sensitive facilitators. Thank you Soundcastle!Posted on Anna WilliamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently completed Mental Health First Aider training (online) with Hannah from Soundcastle and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an MHFA training provider. It was a full-on day covering loads of content, some of it quite tricky and heavy, but Hannah created such a kind, warm and supportive space and all the participants were open and gracious, leading to some fantastic discussions. It was an excellent day’s training, and I feel much better equipped now to help encourage people to take that first step if and when they’re ready, and I know where to look for further support and professional help. As a musician, I am also particularly pleased that by taking the training through Soundcastle I am supporting the excellent work they do to help people through community music-making.Posted on Alfie 7432Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would recommend this to everyone. ❤️1
